Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of inflyr.in and any services provided by INFLYR. By accessing this website or engaging with INFLYR's services, you agree to these terms.

Services

INFLYR provides performance creator marketing services including UGC content systems, influencer campaign management, affiliate network setup, and regional creator sourcing for D2C brands operating in India.

All service engagements are governed by a separate service agreement signed between INFLYR and the client brand. These Terms cover website usage only.

Creator Network

Creators who submit an application to INFLYR acknowledge that:

  • Submission does not guarantee campaign placement.
  • Campaign briefs are sent at INFLYR's discretion based on brand requirements.
  • Creators are independent contractors — not employees of INFLYR.
  • Payment terms per campaign are agreed upon before content is created.
  • INFLYR reserves the right to remove any creator from the network at its discretion.

Brand Clients

Brands engaging with INFLYR are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their products comply with applicable Indian advertising laws and ASI guidelines.
  • Accurate representation of their product to INFLYR for campaign briefing.
  • Timely payment as per the agreed service contract.

Intellectual Property

UGC content created through INFLYR campaigns is owned by the brand client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. The INFLYR brand, logo, and name are proprietary and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

INFLYR is not liable for campaign outcomes dependent on third-party platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads), creator conduct outside the scope of a brief, or brand-side factors affecting conversion rates.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

  • Brand intake form: Name, company name, WhatsApp number, ad spend range, campaign goal.
  • Creator application form: Name, Instagram handle, WhatsApp number, content category, follower range.
  • Analytics: Page views, session data, click events via Google Analytics 4 (no personally identifiable data).

How We Use Your Data

  • To contact you via WhatsApp about campaigns or calls you've expressed interest in.
  • To match creator profiles with brand campaign requirements.
  • To improve our website and service offering based on aggregate usage data.

Data Sharing

INFLYR does not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

  • When you're matched with a brand campaign (creator's niche and handle may be shared with the brand for campaign planning).
  • When required by law or regulation.

Data Storage

Form submissions are processed via Web3Forms and stored securely. WhatsApp communications are conducted via the WhatsApp Business platform. We do not store payment information on our servers.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 63070 41225. We will remove your information from our active database within 7 business days.
